ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Faculty Assembly – Policy & Shared Governance

The Faculty Assembly at ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº (ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº) is the official policy-making body representing faculty in shared governance. Comprised of instructional personnel at instructor rank or higher, including faculty-ranked librarians, the Assembly ensures active faculty participation in university decisions.

Policy & Decision-Making The Assembly makes recommendations to the Provost or University President for action or endorsement by the ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Board of Regents. It also delegates responsibilities to the Faculty Senate, with all Senate decisions subject to Assembly review, endorsement, or repeal.
